The area accommodates approximately 100 caravans, mobile homes and tents.

Many of the individual sites are generously dimensioned, approx 100 - 120 m2.
The camping site was originally a summer holiday home for children and three of its buildings remain with approx. 23 beds in rooms of different sizes for renting.

A number of these rooms are rented to season guests.
The facilities include a separate laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. These can be rented for SEK 20: - per load from the camping host.
A wood fired sauna located near the lake is available free of charge. A separate jetty is provided nearby for those wishing to cool off in the lake in the time-honoured way.
There are wide spread grassed areas and sporting facilities include a volleyball court and minigolf course etc.
There are common TV-rooms in the permanent buildings.
The distance to the nearest general store is 1.2 km. and at a greater distance, 3 km., a 25-minute walk, Nora has a variety of supermarkets etc.

The shopping centre located around a market square and a pedestrian area.

The bus terminus in Nora is at the market square and from here, Örebro and other towns can be reached.

Örebro, 35 km from Gustavsberg, the major city of the region is served by train and airline for distance travellers.

Approximately 68 of the camping sites have access to electric power.
The town water supply is available at a number of standpipes in the camping area.
The ablutions building has eight WC’s, one of which is adapted for use by handicapped persons. This building is for common use by all members of the family.

The camping site includes an official naturist swimming place with extensive grassed areas, sandy beach, jetty and offshore pontoon.

All are welcome to the area for swimming, even those who do not camp.
Cycles can be rented for SEK 50:- for 3 hours from the camping host.
A rowing boat and a canoe can be rented for SEK 50:- for 3 hours from the camping host.
There is good fishing in Nora lake and nearby lakes. A fishing permit is required and can be purchased via the camping host.
A barbecue area is located in an attractive area near the lakeshore with many fixed picnic tables and a party tents.
Cooking facilities are provided for tenting campers with microwave ovens and a common refrigerator and freezer.

Both indoor and outdoor dish-washing facilities supplied with free hot water are provided.
A large common room has a beautiful view over the lake. Different kinds of entertainments are arranged for children and adults during the season.
Playground equipment including swings, seesaws, sandpit etc. are available for children.
A total of seven showers are installed, most in a separate ablutions block, all supplied with free hot water. The ablutions are for use in common by the entire family, just as at home.
Gustavsbergs Camping Site is operated and managed by NBS (Naturistföreningen Bergslagens Solsport, the Bergslagen Solsport Naturist Club).

An INF pass is not required to camp at Gustavsberg.

Members of of INF and NBS pay reduced camping charges. You must show the INF-Passport when you check in to get reduced charges. See also under link Charges.

The site is open for camping between
1 June - 31 August
and for season campers, between 15 April and 30 September.
